I have suffered from very sensitive, very dry, and very particular skin for my entire life. I have been in search of a suitable lip balm for years now. I cannot use Blistex, Chapstick, Burt’s Bees or even any of the natural and organic branded hemp or coconut lip balms. These products all cause me to have an adverse reaction. I break out in tiny but numerous blisters on my lips. These can be itchy, sometimes painful and sometimes can look like cold sores - but luckily don’t last as long. Sometimes these aforementioned products will give me a bit of relief- but with continued use, BOOM. One tiny blister appears then another and another...this has been a major source of stress and insecurity for me for quite some time now. I’ve been forced to choose between dry, flaky, cracked lips or lips with little blisters. Not cute. I came across an Indigena lip balm at a local retailer downtown. It was the first time in forever that I had used a lip balm to the end. I found Indigena’s website and ordered 4 so I could have one in arms reach all the time. Great decision on my part! The very next day a knock came in the door and there was a gentleman with a smile and my order. Wow!
